Update (April 2025): The restaurant has improved a lot, now one of my favourites in the neighborhood!! Great food good prices too. I used to be a go often to Del Ray Peace Out. I was waiting very exited for the re-open but I am very dissatisfied. I have gone a few times since they started again to give them a chance and, after trying it, I can say it is now a waist of money. Service is too slow and the pizza, which was very good before, as you can see in the picture, had none cheese and sauce. Wings were dried and the menu changed. I hope they can improve, because the atmosphere is still good.

I had a fantastic time here learning about their menu and cocktails. Casey provided excellent customer service and whipped up some fantastic drinks. He was receptive to feedback and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Cant wait to be back for a meal! Update: I came back for dinner and it was very good but not great. I recommend their focaccia appetizer warm or toasted, and their marinara sauce a bit more tasty/seasoned. Eggplant parm was phenomenal, gnocchi was tasty and well proportioned, cocktails excellent as before.

Love the new menu...we had foccaccia, gnocchi and smash burger....recommend all!!! 3rd update...tonight I tried the 4 cheese ravioli. Sauce is tasty! Perfect balance of cheeses. I'm updating a previous review...I was lucky enough to enjoy the December special braised beef and ricotta ravioli. Keep ones like these coming ! Stopped by to grab a slice for lunch today. Slices are Detroit style and New York style. I had a slice of the Detroit pepperoni. It took several minutes for them to bring it out, so it was nice and warm right out of the oven.

Only 4 stars because we did a quick bite. Would definitely go back for a full meal. Laid back vibe. Outside seating that's pet friendly. Great service. Only downside was the small ants on the porch area.

We had a great experience at the Commanders watch party this past weekend. Despite living near Del Ray for the past few years, this was my first time at Piece Out. The service was excellent, restaurant was beautiful (with tons of decor, tv’s, etc.), and the food/drinks were delicious. I got the Classic Breakfast and really enjoyed it but the bread (coated in olive oil/salt) was a little too salty for me. Plenty of seating inside and outside and a really great place for happy hour or a meal. They also have a big takeout booth if you can’t find a seat. Free street parking, but can be difficult to find on weekends. Thank you all for a great first experience, can’t wait to be back!

I really can’t say enough how good our dinner was! I was recently diagnosed with celiac, and it’s been an adjustment dining out. Piece out not only has tons of GF options, their batter and fryers are dedicated GF also! Erick was great, he asked about any allergies we had right away, and walked me through all my options on the menu! The calamari was incredible, the pizza was so crispy and delicious, (they make their own GF crust!!) and the cookie ice cream sandwich was amazing! Piece out is now at the top of my dining list!!!

Found our new brunch spot! We usually come for dinner but discovered their brunch menu. They had a special on mimosas for $5. There is a large variety of gluten free and vegan dishes. There is a separate fryer dedicated to gluten free food. We had the pancakes and the classic breakfast. I’ll have to come back to try the breakfast pizza, chicken and waffles and other items I can’t have elsewhere (because of gluten). Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and tasty food. Highly recommend!

Close to a personal size but packed with flavor. Crust had a nice crunch without being too thick, and the sauce-to-cheese ratio hit just right. Definitely earns the 8.1 Also worth noting: the Buffalo wings were a strong sidekick. Solid flavor, and cooked just right. Would go back for both.
